Consumer Evaluations
So general, this is a great item. It has highly high safety rating (which was the most important component to me) and it definately aligns the seatbelt where it requires to be. It is also super cute and my daughter says it's comfy. For that I give it a five. Having said that, there are two design flaws - to begin with is that the arm rest is fixed so my youngster cannot buckle herself in as the arm rest blocks her ability to do so. Second is that the guide where the seat belt goes through (the shoulder guide) is a total pain in the you know what to put the seat belt via...and you cannot leave the seat belt in this guide: you have to take it out each time to retract the seatbelt and then just after you reach more than to lock your children seatbelt (since they cannot do it themselves) you then have to reguide it by way of. Overall, I am content with the seat considering that it really is Protected and cute (and my child loves the cup holders...) but I wish it was a tiny more "parent-user friendly".
My daughter is four years old and about 34 pounds. I purchased her this seat and the belt goes perfect across her lap, and effectively on her shoulder. The seat also holds the belt in location definitely well, so I don't have to be concerned about it sliding about. She says it is really comfy, it has tons of padding. She has only used it twice and can already buckle and unbuckle it by herself. The pattern is certainly cute, too.
